Adrianna Wilhite, LMT (Currently on Maternity Leave)
Suzy Hufford, LMT (Currently Accepting New Clients)
Talia Vimala, LMT (Currently Accepting New Clients)
*Beginning Nov 17th, Adrianna will be on maternity leave*
Adrianna believes that massage therapy can be an incredible tool that helps to facilitate a return of our conscious awareness to our physical bodies. As infants, we all existed in a place of total mind-body integration, but the stresses and traumas of life create rifts and disharmonies between our physical and mental selves. At the foundation of her practice is the belief that most manifestations of disease and dysfunction are the result of that separation. Adrianna strives to create a warm and nurturing therapeutic environment in which every client has the freedom to explore their individual experience of returning to themselves.

Suzy has always been a firm believer in the power of positive touch; be it a hug, loving embrace or a pat on the back. Massage takes that even further by incorporating therapeutic modalities to help allow the body to return to a place of balance and wellbeing. Massage also gives you a little time to reflect and be quiet within one’s self. Suzy will work with you and together you will customize your appointment to meet your specific needs. You are a unique individual and your massage sessions should be too.

Talia Vimala offers a variety of body work services. Her preferred modality of work is Craniosacral Therapy, a subtle modality that works directly with the central nervous system to bring healing to the whole body. Talia is certified in this work by the Upledger Institue. As a graduate of the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy, she offers a therapeutic massage based on Myofacial Therapy and Swedish massage with influences of Trigger point work. She is a Level 2 certified Reiki practitioner, offering full Reiki sessions or as an add on to your customized massage sessions. Talia Vimala believes that the body has the power to heal itself, through body work we can facilitate that process by releasing tension and creating space in the body to move freely and comfortably. The body has been accumulating stress and tension our whole lives. Body work can begin to teach the body that it can relax, thereby creating healthier patterns of movement. Her body work is intuition and energy based, and can be adjusted to each client’s goals.
